Where we ship

We ship within the US only, including Alaska and Hawaii. No international orders for now.

What it costs

Free US shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, it's a flat $5.

Both kits ship free.

Getting it out the door

Orders leave us within 2–3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Once it's on its way, delivery usually takes [3–7 business days] depending on where you are.

Tracking your kit

You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. Give it 24 hours to start updating — carriers take a beat to scan things in.

When things run slow

Busy weeks happen. So do carrier delays and bad weather. If your order's running behind, we'll email you. No guessing games.

Puppy arriving soon?

If you've got a pickup date, order at least 10 days ahead. That way the kit's open, sorted, and ready before the fun starts.
